Angela and Massimo welcome you on the Podere Bellaria’s website.
Podere Bellaria is located in the heart of Tuscany, in a very calm and sunny position, surrounded by hills, and olives terraces, vineyards and woods.
This ancient house has been restored in 2005. The main building has three apartments and a big kitchen/living room for common events. Moreover, we have transformed the barn in an exclusive and elegant residence. Habitations are furnished with stylish furniture and all the comforts required, even if the old style is still recognizable.
In the main yard you can find:
- A 6x14 swimming pool with roman staircase, solarium and shower. Near, there is a big gazebo equipped for public events (i.e party, kitchen school, games)
- Kitchen garden, with direct production of biological season’s vegetable at guests pleasure (winter: green salad, chicory, fennel, cabbage, turnips; summer: basil, tomatoes, peppers, green salad, melons, green beans, courgettes, aubergines)
- Outside barbecue
- Child’s spot for games (seesaw, sand, and different toys)
It will be an unforgettable sojourn, finding out a nature, and enjoying your sons. They will have the real opportunity to experience the meeting or view of animals, such as foxes, hares, boars, roes) that lives in the surroundings woods. Furthermore, we will organise for them kitchen, painting, gardening, and horticulture’s courses.
You will experience total relax, but you can also enjoy important art cities, not far from here that you will easily reach by car or by train (Florence is 55 km far, Siena 38km, Arezzo 22 km), and mall:
